Aboutthis opportunity:
This role requires proactive, driven, and innovative people with experience in Disability and / or Community Services sectors. You will be someone who is willing to adapt and be flexible to ensure your role has maximum impact within Fair Foundations.
About you:You will bring to this role a background in the disability or community services sectors and the following attributes and skills:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the Disability or Community sectors and relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Quality Standards and Principles.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to implement NDIS client plans.
- Experience working with challenging behaviours, providing personal care and undertaking domestic duties.
- Current C Class Driver’s License.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, with a willingness to transport clients as needed.
