JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW: The PN Patient Care Services Coordinator works closely with the perinatal care providers and is responsible for coordinating the care of perinatal patients at Communi Care+OLE. The PN Patient Care Services Coordinator works with a team of perinatal providers, community health workers, and other staff to ensure the coordination and quality of services provided.

Position Requirements :
Education, Experience, Skills/Training
- Education: Medical Assistant or college level coursework with clinic/medical knowledge gained through a combination of training and experience
- Experience/Lived
Experience:
Experience working in a clinic setting and a demonstrated commitment to comprehensive care for low-income women. - Administrative experience required.
- Experience working in prenatal and postpartum care preferred.
- Experience working in a busy environment, often under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and courtesy to clients, other employees, and customers.
- Experience meeting budget guidelines and controlling costs strongly preferred.
- Special Skills/Training: Demonstrated knowledge of local health care delivery system.
- Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility and to work independently as well as in a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to high quality health care for low-income populations.
- BLS Certificate Required.
