About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Provider Data team. In this role, you'll ensure provider information is accurate and up-to-date, supporting smooth claims processing and reliable communication across our network.
What You'll Do- Update high volumes of provider information, including phone numbers, addresses, and other key data.
- Enter new providers into the system with complete and accurate records.
- Review and correct rejected claims within the HRP (Health Rule Payer) system by fixing provider names, addresses, contact details, and missing provider entries.
- Verify that corrected data flows properly into the claims process.
- Maintain strict accuracy and meet quality and productivity expectations.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
. - Experience with healthcare or managed care databases;
Amisys preferred. - Fast typing and excellent 10key accuracy.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Must complete an Excel assessment and score 70% or higher to move forward.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
