Provider Data Entry Specialist - Healthcare

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Provider Data team. In this role, you'll ensure provider information is accurate and up-to-date, supporting smooth claims processing and reliable communication across our network.

• Update high volumes of provider information, including phone numbers, addresses, and other key data.
• Enter new providers into the system with complete and accurate records.
• Review and correct rejected claims within the HRP (Health Rule Payer) system by fixing provider names, addresses, contact details, and missing provider entries.
• Verify that corrected data flows properly into the claims process.
• Maintain strict accuracy and meet quality and productivity expectations.

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
  .
• Experience with healthcare or managed care databases;
  Amisys preferred.
• Fast typing and excellent 10key accuracy.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Must complete an Excel assessment and score 70% or higher to move forward.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fairfield, CA.
