- Guest Room Excellence:Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities.
- Turn Down Service:Provide additional room refreshment and turn-down service as needed.
- Guest Service:Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Team
Collaboration:
Participate in team meetings with other staff members to ensure consistent, high-quality service. - Positive Energy:Be a team player who brings a fun, energetic spirit to our team as we work hard and have fun together!
- Skills:Strong attention to detail and clear, effective communication skills.
