* About the Role
* We are seeking a detail oriented Credentialing Specialist to support provider onboarding and compliance. You'll review provider credentials, verify licensure, maintain documentation, and ensure all information meets regulatory and organizational standards.
* What You'll Do
* * Complete credentialing and recredentialing processes in line with policies and procedures.
* Send and track provider forms, ensuring timely completion.
* Review documentation, research discrepancies, and verify accuracy.
* Monitor licensing boards and regulatory reporting sites for uptodate provider information.
* Prepare concise summaries and maintain compliant provider files.
* Educate providers on required forms and submissions.
* Prepare reports and templates using Word and Excel.
* Enter and update provider data across multiple systems.
* Respond to provider inquiries with professionalism and strong customer service.
* What You'll Bring
* * 1-2 years of credentialing experience, or 2-3 years of insurance verification/benefits experience.
* Knowledge of medical terminology.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask, problem solve, and maintain accuracy and quality.
* Professionalism and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

* This is a Contract position based out of Fairfield, CA.
* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
