Our client, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a PC Printer Break Fix Technician to join their team. As a PC Printer Break Fix Technician, you will be part of the Field Service Support team supporting customer hardware maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical aptitude, resourcefulness, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HP PC Printer Break Fix Technician
Location: Fairfield, CA
Pay Range: $25-$28 per hour
What's the Job?- Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
- Configure hardware, software, and network components on customer sites to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, perform repairs, and elevate complex problems when necessary.
- Interact professionally with customers, managing critical service events and educating them about technology solutions.
- Maintain detailed administrative records of service activities and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
, and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and stooping. - Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime
, including non‑traditional workdays and holidays. - Onsite customer‑facing experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent
, with additional hardware technology training; college education preferred.
