Oracle Payroll/Benefits Lead
Our West Coast healthcare client is looking for an Oracle Payroll/Benefits Lead for an expansion project. This is a hybrid role and the client is based out of California.
Project Details- Duration: 6 months with potential extension
- Start: ASAP (within 2-4 weeks)
- Travel: 25-40% on-site for milestone activities including requirements gathering, key testing cycles, and cutover to live
- Healthcare industry experience with specific knowledge of unions/collective bargaining unit pay, Joint Commission requirements, and Magnet nursing requirements
- Experience integrating with UKG and configuring both Oracle Payroll and benefit plans, including shift differentials, CBAs, and pay codes
- Ability to lead with healthcare leading practice recommendations rather than purely client-directed configuration
- Hands‑on Oracle configuration capability combined with ability to delegate and direct offshore support resources in a 24-hour development model
- Experience overseeing offshore benefits support, payroll support, and OTL support through daily coordination meetings
- Strong Oracle Payroll SME skills with Time and Labor configuration experience for an Oracle Fusion ERP environment
