Solano Family & Children’s Services seeks a Family Navigator – Developmental Screener to conduct developmental screenings for children 0–5, connect families to services, and provide follow-up to ensure access to care. You will review results with families in a clear, supportive way and coordinate referrals to early intervention.
Ideal candidates are organized, compassionate, and able to multi-task while building relationships with families and providers. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
