The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and control within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include conducting daily inventory operations, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting process improvements through data-driven analysis. Key areas of focus include monitoring material usage variances, executing cycle counts and adjustments, generating inventory performance reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ways you will make a difference
  • Create and maintain detailed inventory reports, including counts, discrepancies, and trend analysis
  • Analyze and report inventory data to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies and support production schedules
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and Warehouse Management (WM) systems
  • Ensure correct allocation of inventory to production orders and work centers, supporting operational efficiency
  • Participate in root‑cause investigations for inventory differences, drive corrective action, and verify follow‑through
  • Coach internal employees to use SAP
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation

  • 1‑3 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or CPG environment
  • Experience with SAP or related ERP systems and inventory control tool
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands‑on experience with inventory management systems
  • Proven experience in inventory tracking, data analysis, and variance resolution

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $25.00 per hour.
