The site is servicing the manufacturing and logistics industry, handles pallets, reusable containers, and other supply chain equipment
, combining high-capacity operations with advanced machinery to ensure efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

• Lead and mentor a small team of Fitters and Electricians in a 24/7 operation
• Drive preventative and reactive maintenance programs to keep equipment running at peak performance
• Optimise the Maintenance Management System and use data to improve decision-making
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions
• Champion automation, safety, and continuous improvement across the site

• Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical discipline
• Proven experience in maintenance leadership within an industrial or production setting (desirable, not essential)
• Working knowledge of CMMS (MEX or similar)
• Experience with automated systems highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to lead by example
• Flexibility to support a 24-hour operation
