Future CDJR of Fairfield is seeking an experienced Automotive Production Technician. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family‑owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. Pay Scale: The Production Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.80. This position may also include an assigned unit value that may range from $0.00 (if no baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. This position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Potential Earnings: Our technicians can earn as much as $13,000 per month, depending on their productivity.

• The Ideal candidate will have a customer first attitude with a focus on productivity.
• A willingness and ability to work well with others including writers, parts department, and other technicians.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Perform maintenance and repair on used vehicles.
• Complete PDIs (Pre delivery inspections).
• Perform recalls.
• Report concerns to the service manager.
• Complete all training as directed by the employee handbook and the service manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Required 1+ year of experience with CDJR.
• Some post‑secondary automotive training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Results‑oriented self‑starter.
• Demonstrated desire to learn new process and adapt quickly.
