Trade Marketing Specialist US, Mexico & Australia

Overview

Reporting to the Country General Manager, the Trade Marketing Specialist drives local market growth by developing and executing trade marketing strategies aligned with Group Marketing and BU Capsules Product Marketing. This role connects local market insights with global strategy to ensure impactful, commercially focused campaigns.

• Develop and execute local trade marketing plans
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Lead price positioning and margin delivery by product category in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams
• Generate leads and strengthen customer relationships through events and trade shows
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Act as the key liaison between local teams and Group Marketing
• Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent use of global marketing guidelines
• Support website, digital presence, media plans, and sales training

• Experience in manufacturing/packaging and multinational companies highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in trade marketing or related B2B roles
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to influence Sales teams through data-driven insights
• Fluent Spanish and English required
