Job Summary / OverviewThe Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing quality primary health care to patients while working closely with other healthcare staff in a team approach.

Position Requirements
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing required. - Current California Family Nurse Practitioner certification required.
- Must have or obtain current California medication furnishing license.
- Must have or obtain current DEA License.
- CPR Certification required.
- Experience in a community healthcare center preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required, including trauma-informed de-escalation techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other threshold language) preferred.
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with mutual providers of treatment in a primary care setting.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Record and associated computer programs.
