Working under the supervision of Clinical Management, the CNA’s mission is to provide optimal, efficient, and personalized levels of care to PVE residents.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, dressing, bathing, toileting, etc.
• Maintain resident stability by checking vitals, weight, etc., and documenting.
• Provide comfort by utilizing resources and materials and answering call lights and requests.
• Observe residents behaviors; paying attention to all details, and report changes to nurses.
• Show compassion and empathy to all residents under care.
• Engage with residents by assisting with participating in activities, talking with them and treating everyone with a person centered approach.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant credentialing in good standing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to read and follow directions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge
