Pay: $60 - $65
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Employee Health Support RN to support Employee Health clinics and provide nursing services focused on flu clinics, respiratory fit testing, employee medical clearance, work injuries, exposures, return-to-work, fitness-for-duty, and wellness initiatives
.
The RN will work closely with Employee Health RN Coordinators and support the delivery of employee health services in accordance with medical standards, OSHA regulations, and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities- Support flu and respiratory fit-testing clinics
. - Perform clinical assessments and administer injections as needed.
- Support employee health activities and clinic initiatives.
- Assist with new-hire medical clearance reviews.
- Support work injury and exposure cases.
- Assist with return-to-work and fitness-for-duty activities.
- Document clinical results accurately in computer systems.
- Promote employee health services and wellness initiatives.
- Support OSHA and organizational health requirements.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, committees, and assigned projects.
- Assist Employee Health RN Coordinators as needed.
- BSN required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school/program
- Current AHA BLS or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional clinical nursing experience
- Employee/Ooccupational Health experience preferred
- Workers' Compensation regulations and claims experience strongly preferred
- Part-Time
- 24 hours/week
- 3 days/week
- Clinic operates Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Some shifts may start as early as 4:00 AM

The ideal candidate is an experienced California RN with Employee Health or Occupational Health experience
, particularly someone who has worked with employee vaccinations, respiratory fit testing, workers' compensation, workplace injuries/exposures, and return-to-work processes
.
A strong candidate should also be comfortable running clinics independently, administering injections, documenting results electronically, and interacting professionally with employees.
