- Examine, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for conformity with laws and regulations governing compliance.
- Perform other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities.
- Maintain flight testing materials (e.g., test bank, answer keys).
- Update certifications and qualifications on GTIMS (e.g., Form 8, Certificate of Aircrew Qualification).
- Interface with HARM/SARM to ensure accuracy of personnel certs and quals in ARMS.
- Create, review, and maintain aircrew records (Flight Evaluation Folders).
- Plan, administer, monitor, and report testing/training events and completion status of personnel.
- Coordinate upcoming/overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements.
- Maintain aircrew qualification level summary (Letter of Xs); prep data for STRP, Squadron Certification Boards, and SEB.
- Provide evaluation/testing status and trend reports to squadron leadership/OGV.
- Update squadron EFB program with every new publication release and FCIF release.
- HS/GED Diploma required, college coursework desired.
- Secret clearance.
- 2 years working in a DoD flying unit (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor, or Civilian).
- Ability to operate the following systems/programs: computer‑based management system (GTIMS/GDSS2 or equivalent), SharePoint websites & communities of practice.
- 2 years working with MS Office Suite.
STI-TEC adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This full‑time, salary, exempt position offers a salary range of $70,000 – $78,000 per year, contingent on experience, education, certification, and responsibilities.
