Contract | Fully Onsite Industry: Aerospace / Manufacturing 6 month contract Paying range 30.00 - 37.00 There is 1 opening on 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, and 6 openings on 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. All training begins on first shift before employees transition to their assigned second-shift schedule. Voluntary overtime may be available on weekends and potentially during the week with prior approval.

Additional Requirements Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person (Green Card Holder). This is a fully onsite contract position that may be extended. The Fairfield facility handles ejection-seat products and explosives, and ATF paperwork is completed on the employee's first day. Due to the nature of the work, employees may not have access to cell phones, watches, or key fobs during certain work periods.

Position Summary We are seeking experienced Quality Inspectors and CMM Programmer/Operators to support aerospace manufacturing operations in Fairfield, CA. These positions are responsible for inspecting incoming materials, precision components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet engineering drawings, specifications, purchase order requirements, and applicable quality standards. Candidates should have strong experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T, performing dimensional inspections, using precision measurement equipment, and documenting inspection results.

Several openings require hands-on CMM programming and operation experience
