You’ll work in a collaborative environment where success is shared, and your effort directly drives your earnings.
This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.

Responsibilities
* Maintain adherence to licensing requirements and brokerage policies.
* Represent buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
* Attend structured mentorship and skill-building sessions with experienced agents and the broker.
* Conduct property showings, draft offers, and negotiate on clients’ behalf.
* Follow up promptly with provided leads and log interactions in the CRM.Qualifications
* Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
* Active real estate license required.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Comfortable with commission-only earnings.
* Self-motivated and able to manage a personal pipeline effectively.

Compensation $120,000 at plan earnings
