As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are the heart of a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You’ll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks, all while upholding Macy’s service standards.
This role requires strong multitasking, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment where flexibility is key, working a variety of shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
This role goes far beyond just being a cashier. The customer is at the center of everything we do. - You lead through action. You welcome customers with genuine hospitality, make eye contact, and start friendly, personal conversations that build lasting relationships. You assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment—BOPS, pickups, returns—using all required systems and keeping the collection area organzied for a friction‑free experience.
- You help maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and keeping pickup and return areas clean while ensuring timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders.
- They always finish strong by sharing our Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirement. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
