• Greet guests and provide world‑class service to create memorable experiences.
• Assist in leading a retail team to achieve sales goals and manage a high‑volume souvenir photography operation.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager, providing floor supervision and administrative duties.
• Develop, train and motivate staff to meet guest service and financial targets.
• Respond to guest requests, expectations and needs to ensure excellent customer service.
• Take photos and provide guests with souvenirs to take home and share.
• Learn how to capture and create memories that make people smile.
• Support operations 7 days a week, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

• Shifts available any day of the week or weekend during operating hours.

• High school diploma or GED; one year of people management experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Preferred 2 years previous guest service experience in hospitality, food & beverage or retail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to coach, develop culture and manage performance.
• Hands‑on ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy retail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management and cross‑functional teams.
• Professional communication skills and appearance.
• Ability to support operations 7 days a week, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Experience in digital photography a plus; not required.
• Pass a background check.
