Lot Porter

We areseekinga motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish’s RV as a Lot Porter.

This roleisresponsiblefortransporting RV units within the dealerships as well asmaintainingthe cleanliness of the lot. Pay: $23 per hour

• Ensuretimelyand safe movement of RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds

• Move and parkRVs,trailers,and motorhomes as directed
• Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
• Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep
• Followall safety protocols when moving RVs

• Reliable and self-motivated witha strong work ethic
• Prior forklift experience preferred but not necessary
• Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs,trailers,and large vehicles(training provided)
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions

• RVs are moved safely and on schedule to meet internal deadlines
• Lotremainsclean, organized, and visually appealing for customers
• Sales and service operations are supported through efficient lot movement
• Unit damage is avoided through careful handling and attention to detail

• On-the-job training for RV movement and dealership procedures
• Safety equipment and uniforms provided
