Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses, focusing on advanced communication solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities. Deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations to demonstrate product knowledge and promote bundled solutions that meet customer needs. Meet and exceed departmental financial and unit targets while keeping abreast of the competitive landscape.
Core Responsibilities- Develop and manage a territory, building local business partnerships and enhancing Comcast’s brand presence.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports.
- Acquire new customers for Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships.
- Consult with prospects to identify communication solutions that improve their internal and external processes.
- Collaborate with technical, customer‑service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end satisfaction.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline that supports monthly quota performance.
- Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products, services, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
- Adhere to company standards and maintain professional conduct.
- Ensure punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). Applicants with related coursework and experience may be considered.
- Five to seven years of relevant work experience in commercial sales.
- Experience with advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi‑location services) is preferred.
- Strong adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, customer‑focus, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, and workplace organization skills.
Base Pay: $72,500.00. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $.
