Must have open availability including weekends. Sales Department hours are open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Learn all RV categories – tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.
• Present preliminary used vehicle appraisals, Airstream unit attributes, model options, features, and advise on towing requirements.
• Present purchase and finance options, store policies, and all other value‑added services to guests.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track guests using store‑specific management system.
• Prepare departmental reports and metrics.
• May cross‑train to perform other duties.

• Experience in RV sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Estimated annual earning range: $64,480–$121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit, Department Net, and/or bonus opportunities such as Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.

Position eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation.
