Job Summary

Quest Mark is hiring an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry with experience in Concrete Polishing and Resinous Coatings. The main focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

Responsibilities
  • Account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings. All sales are B2B.
  • New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate information for proposal creation for customers.
  • Some overnight travel.
  • Motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales.
Candidate Qualifications
  • 2+ years of past territory and account development experience.
  • B2B sales experience in commercial flooring required; experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred.
  • Solid qualifying and closing ability and a history of sales success.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team environment.
  • Solid time and territory management skills and strong motivation to develop new accounts.
  • Valid state driver's license in good standing.

Compensation

Annual total compensation for this territory: $120k - $300k. Signing Bonus + High Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Yearly Bonus.
