As a Promotional Sales and Marketing Trainee
, you’ll have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at driving sales and promoting the brand within a retail environment.

• Greeting customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing product information.
• Actively engaging customers to promote products and services, upselling, and meeting sales targets.
• Maintaining an understanding of the products or services offered, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to communicate with customers.
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions by executing in-store signage, distributing promotional materials, and assisting with special events or sales activities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers by addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Gathering feedback from customers, observing market trends, and providing insights to management to help inform product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store objectives, participating in team meetings, and supporting other team members as needed.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

• 18+ years old with a clear background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• A passion for customer engagement and hitting goals.
• Comfortable standing for most of the shift.
• Sales Experience Preferred, but not necessary.
• Multitasking Skills.
