SMB Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business

Job Summary

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses focusing on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities.

Provide face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services, promoting bundled solutions to meet customer needs.

Achieve sales goals by exceeding departmental financial and unit targets while staying informed about competitive landscape and emerging technologies.

• Develop and manage territory with a high activity plan, building local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
• Create, maintain, and report accurate sales records and activity reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive image of the Comcast Experience.
• Conduct new acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses.
• Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions such as PRI and Hosted PBX for multi‑location opportunities.
• Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to help prospects communicate more effectively internally and externally.
• Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth.
• Maintain a qualified prospect pipeline to meet or exceed monthly quota performance.
• Stay knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales and business quality objectives, adhering to all company standards, professionalism, and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive related professional experience or coursework may also be considered.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer‑focused attitude, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, and organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications, if applicable.

Base pay: $72,500.00. Total target compensation (base plus targeted commission): $.

Commission opportunities for sales positions and bonus eligibility for non‑sales positions.
