- Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
- Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
- Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues in their homes
- Provide foundation repair and water management solution options
- Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
- Close sales with customers in the home
- Maintain customer relationships while tracking the sales lead pipeline
- Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
- Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
- Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within the sales territory
- Ability to regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day
Demonstrates strong sales capabilities with a focus on in-home inspections and customer relationship management. Proficient in diagnosing homeowner issues and providing tailored solutions in foundation repair and water management.
