We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Refrigeration Mechanic Technician specializing in installation of commercial and industrial cold storage systems to join our growing team.
Requirements:- EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal) required
- HVAC-R certification required
- Proven experience with installation of cold storage units (walk-in coolers/freezers, large-scale refrigeration systems)
- Strong background in new construction and system installation
- Ability to prepare and present accurate job estimates
- Advanced troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and lead junior technicians
- Willingness to travel as required
- Hybrid work environment
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Medical benefits (50% employer-covered)
- This role is ideal for a senior technician with hands-on experience installing cold storage systems who can lead projects and help build and train a strong team.
