• Complete award-winning training to learn skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory to ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness and that of equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and leveraging expertise to recommend the most efficient, innovative solution.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services to provide peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer property (training provided).
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Complete required service-related documentation on handheld device for speed and accuracy.

• No experience required – training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers inside businesses and/or homes.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Will work in varying weather conditions.
