• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct repairs and overhauls on various types of rotating machinery.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure equipment is operating within specifications.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate work schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience as a rotating equipment mechanic or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
