We are seeking an entry-level Payroll Analyst to join our team in Charleston, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of payroll or accounting experience
. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills. Training will be provided.

• Process and maintain payroll data for multiple entities across various states.
• Respond to union reporting requests and prepare monthly union reports.
• Enter and pay weekly 941 tax.
• Update timesheets and distribute accordingly.
• Process benefit invoices and enter payments into the accounting system.
• Code payroll for union dues and assist with annual audits.
• Serve as backup for payroll processing.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business operations.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field).
• Experience:
  • 1 year with a degree OR 3 years without a degree.
  • Internship experience in payroll/accounting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with union payroll or Sage software is a plus.
• Ability to start immediately.
