Salary: $95k - $120k+ DOE + Annual Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement Leadership:
Lead and manage multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning to completion. - Staff Mentorship:
Supervise, train, and review the work of Audit Staff, providing constructive feedback to foster their professional growth. - Technical Excellence:
Prepare and review complex financial statements and work papers in accordance with GAAP. - Client Advocacy:
Act as the primary field contact for clients, resolving issues and providing value-add recommendations on internal controls and business processes. - Project Management:
Ensure all engagements are delivered on time and within budget, managing timelines across various concurrent projects.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience:
3-5 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting. - Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's preferred). - Technical Savvy:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and modern audit software (e.g., CCH Pro System fx, Case Ware). - Leadership:
Proven ability to lead "in-charge" engagements and supervise junior team members. - Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
