As a Senior Staff Accountant
, you’ll be a key resource for the organization’s financial operations. You’ll oversee core accounting activity, help drive the month-end process, and turn financial data into clear reporting and meaningful business insight.

You’ll work closely with financial leaders and internal partners on reporting, forecasting, tax-related activity, investments, and regulatory requirements. You’ll also review accounting work for accuracy, help strengthen processes, and serve as a go-to resource for less experienced team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Property & casualty or financial services accounting experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP, STAT, and financial regulatory requirements
• Strong Excel and financial systems/database experience
• Ability to analyze financial information, identify trends, and explain results clearly
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
