About Fairfield Dermatology

Fairfield Dermatology is a leading dermatology practice dedicated to providing exceptional medical, surgical, cosmetic, and hair restoration services. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Practice Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational needs of our growing practice.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple responsibilities, solving problems, and helping a busy healthcare organization run efficiently.

Position Summary

The Practice Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting practice operations through inventory management, supply chain coordination, facilities support, marketing assistance, and administrative support. This role works closely with practice leadership to ensure supplies, equipment, operational processes, and marketing initiatives are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Social Media Support
  • Assist with social media content planning, creation, and posting.
  • Support practice newsletters, email campaigns, and patient communications.
  • Help coordinate marketing promotions, events, and service campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and track upcoming content needs.
  • Assist with updating flyers, announcements, and internal marketing materials.
Inventory & Supply Management
  • Monitor inventory levels for medical and office supplies.
  • Coordinate ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage areas.
  • Track supply usage and communicate replenishment needs.
Facilities & Vendor Coordination
  • Assist with facilities requests and follow up on maintenance needs.
  • Communicate with vendors as needed.
  • Help ensure the practice environment remains organized, professional, and patient-ready.
Administrative Support
  • Assist with billing-related administrative tasks and other practice support functions.
  • Help maintain organized documentation, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
  • Provide general administrative support to practice leadership as needed.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in healthcare, practice operations, marketing, or administrative support preferred.
  • Experience with social media, newsletters, email marketing, or content creation strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a busy medical practice environment.
  • H.S. Diploma. Associates degree preferred.
Schedule

Part-Time: 20 - 25 hours weekly.

Flexible schedule based on practice needs.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
