This is not an entry-level opportunity — we’re looking for someone who understands the title and registration process, knows how to stay ahead of deadlines, and takes pride in getting the details right.

• Processing titles, registrations, and related DMV paperwork for new and used vehicles
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted properly
• Processing lien releases, payoffs, and title corrections
• Tracking outstanding titles and following up to keep everything moving
• Maintaining accurate and organized title records
• Working closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management
• Resolving title and registration issues quickly and efficiently
• Staying current on Connecticut DMV requirements and procedures

• Automotive dealership title experience is REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of Connecticut title and registration procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, accountable, and comfortable working independently
• Dealership software experience is a plus
