• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience or coursework in childcare or recreation is a plus.
• Certifications (we help with these):
  • New Hire Orientation (before your first shift)
  • CPR Pro, First Aid, and AED (within 30 days of hire)
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a love for working with kids.
• Ability to spend up to nine hours outdoors, leading activities and ensuring campers’ well‑being.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for keeping things fun and safe.
