Our staff plays a vital role in creating a fun, safe, and empowering experience for every camper.
Aboutthe Role
We are seeking passionate, skilled counselors to join our Cliffe Counselor team this upcoming summer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, loves teaching young people, loves nature, and excels in a collaborative, community-focused camp environment. You will be responsible for caring for children ages 7-9.
Key Responsibilities- Help campers with day‑to‑day management
- Provide support and care for first‑year overnight campers
- Help to create a fun and enthusiastic bunk for children
- Be an active member of our camp community and participate in camp‑wide events
- Background in child care
- Prior experience working with children is required
