Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Luxury Residential/Estate New Builds & Renovations/Maintenance)
Location: Fairfield County, CT
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000
- Performance Bonus(s)

- Support: Be the customer's dedicated Project Manager on current luxury home renovations as well as several additional properties customer owns.
Projects: Luxury/High-end $25M Custom Residential New Additions to existing properties/estates (Additions to residential homes/estates)
Tiello has partnered with a premier Custom Luxury Residential Builder in Fairfield County, CT on their search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee $25M+ Luxury Estate/New Residential build projects valued at $25M+.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee $25M new additions/estate builds with current high-end clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in field operations, able to manage multiple complexities and confident managing multiple threads throughout the $25M estate new build additions. This position requires a local candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active sites (estate new construction additions)
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality control and project standards
- Coordinate and schedule vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare bids, proposals, and pricing for maintenance and renovation work
- Lead client communication with professionalism and clarity
- Oversee procurement of materials and services; track delivery and logistics
- Triage maintenance issues and deploy the appropriate trades quickly and effectively
- Plan and manage small-to-medium renovation scopes start to finish
- Navigate permitting processes and inspections as required
- Maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, and documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track
- 8+ years of project management experience in residential construction, renovations, estate management, or related field
- Strong understanding of home systems and general construction/maintenance practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with bidding, budgeting, and vendor/subcontractor coordination
- Working knowledge of permitting and inspection processes
- Excellent scheduling and time management skills
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve, triage, and make decisions in the field
- Tech-savvy: project management software, Excel, email, calendar coordination
