The Editorial Intern contributes directly to Todo Wafi’s website by pitching, researching, writing, and editing original editorial content. This role is ideal for students interested in writing, digital publishing, journalism, or cultural commentary.
Key Responsibilities- Pitch original story ideas and article concepts for Todo Wafi’s website
- Research, write, and revise editorial pieces under the guidance of the editorial team
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of voice
- Collaborate with editors to develop ideas from pitch to publication
- Assist with fact-checking and source verification
- Help maintain editorial schedules and meet publishing deadlines
- Participate in editorial discussions and contribute to content strategy
- Exposure to editorial workflows and publishing standards
- Development of strong editing, research, and critical reading skills
- Understanding of content planning and newsroom-style collaboration
