Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, production, and execution of podcast episodes.
- Support episode preparation, including research, outlines, and show notes.
- Coordinate with hosts and guests to ensure smooth recording sessions.
- Edit and refine audio content for clarity, pacing, and quality.
- Incorporate music, transitions, and basic sound design elements.
- Help manage podcast production schedules and content calendars.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams on promotional assets.
- Ensure brand voice and consistency across podcast materials.
- Organize and maintain audio files and production assets.
- Support ad hoc multimedia and content initiatives as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Media, Marketing,
- Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong interest in podcasts, digital media, or content production.
- Basic familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Garage Band, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to learn production workflows and tools.
- Experience with audio editing or multimedia projects.
- Understanding of podcast formats, structure, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with microphones, recording setups, or remote recording tools.
- Basic knowledge of branding or digital content strategy.
- Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and creative direction.
- Interest in media production, interviewing, or content creation.
- Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in real-world podcast and content production.
