We are a business consulting firm that is growing at a rapid pace due to our client partnerships and our customer footprint. Our client has tasked us with the goal of expanding their presence throughout the Northeast by engaging with customers directly in retail campaigns. We are looking for solutions-driven, adaptable go-getters who are looking to join a fast-paced, goal-oriented team as a Customer Service Associate.
The Customer Service Associate role focuses on delivering exemplary customer service and helping to drive sales in retail settings. The core function for this Customer Service Associate position is to participate in retail campaigns where you will meet directly with customers, listen to their service needs and concerns, assist them in analyzing available products, and facilitate the sales enrollment process.

- Educating customers on products, services, and the benefits of each wireless and telecommunications plan
- Executing direct customer service and sales campaigns in retail settings
- Establish genuine connections by using consultative sales skills to understand the customer’s needs and recommend products that aim to improve their lifestyle
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle to promote long-term customer retention for the client
- Evaluate customer service and sales performance metrics on a weekly basis to determine success in achieving client objectives
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Associates to achieve desired results for the client
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to collaborate with a team or thrive independently
- Possesses superb customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for collaborating with team members in order to achieve best practices and results
- Ability to learn, adapt, and apply new product knowledge and information to attain high client satisfaction
- Equipped with high critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide optimal customer service
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Position Overview

This is a full-time employee position. - Pay:
This is a fully commission-based position – an average of $120-$160 per new customer enrolled, and each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments on average per day for an average paycheck of $600 – $800 per week. - Hours:
This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week). - Location:
This position will be based out of our office and assigned retail locations to cover. - Clients & Products:
We work with Frontier customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products).
