About the Role

Our client is seeking a National New Accounts Service Professional to support Brokerage branch personnel with client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance in South Jordan, Utah. This role serves as a key point of contact and subject matter expert, assisting with account opening, documentation review, account updates, and ensuring all processes remain compliant with the USA Patriot Act and internal policies.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or financial services experience who is interested in building a long-term career within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary support contact for internal Brokerage branch teams via inbound and outbound calls
  • Guide clients and branch personnel through the account opening process and ongoing account lifecycle
  • Review and track documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Provide timely updates on document status, account navigation, and maintenance requests
  • Deliver world-class service while building strong internal client relationships
  • Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to firm policies and procedures
  • Adapt to changing processes and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or financial services
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Service‑focused mindset with an interest in career growth within financial services
  • Temp to perm opportunity 6‑12 months
  • Hybrid Schedule
