Shift: 1st Shift |

Work Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 8:45‑5:15, 40 hours per week, with at least two Saturdays per month 8:45‑1:15 (Saturday work may be offset by a full or half day off during the week).

Responsibilities
  • Member Service – Develop comprehensive knowledge of AAA Northeast products and services; promote sales of memberships, auto‑renewals, digital memberships, credit card program, business line referrals, and other initiatives. Handle membership changes, resolve member issues, deliver accurate and timely information, and maintain department service standards in person and over the phone.
  • In selected locations, provide registry and TSA services: process confidential documents, input data into databases, review applications for completeness, and comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist members with accommodations and points of interest, including mapping, routing, hotel and car reservations, driving permits, passport photos, foreign currency, theme park tickets, entertainment tickets, and other club products.
  • Sales – Consistently meet or exceed member satisfaction scores and related goals; use the five‑diamond process, cross‑selling techniques, and training to educate members on benefits and KPIs while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Stay current on all promotions and initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve overall branch performance.
  • Daily Operations – Liaise with departments such as Travel, Insurance, Membership, Finance, IT, and Member Relations to coordinate and gather information. Perform duties in accordance with department policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on sales required.
  • Satisfactory completion of state‑specific and federal background checks during pre‑ and post‑hiring periods.
  • Meet individual state requirements to perform registry and TSA services, including clearance of federal/state background checks.
