Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located in Fairfield, CT, designed to deliver safe,high-
qualityanesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients.

NewASC opened in April 2026 – an exciting opportunity to help shape clinical
operations and culture from the ground up.
Position OverviewWeare seeking a Dentist Anesthesiologist to join our clinical team in a rolethat
includes:
- Anesthesia care in a brand new, state-of-the-art ASC (Fairfield, CT)
- Mobile anesthesia services in dental offices throughout Connecticut
- Participation in clinical workflow development, safety initiatives, and operational
- processes
Thisrole is ideal for a clinician who values consistency, professionalism, andteam-based
care,and who is interested in contributing to a growing clinical program.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across ASC and mobile environments
- Ensure pre-case readiness, including medications, equipment, and patientpreparation
- Exercise consistent clinical judgment aligned with established safety protocols
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dentists, nursing staff, and
- administrative teams
- Participate in clinical workflow development, quality improvement, and operational
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical culture
- • Completion of an accredited Dentist Anesthesiology residency
- • Eligible for licensure in Connecticut with dentist anesthesiology permit
- • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
- • Ability to work effectively in both ASC and mobile environments
- • Professional communication style and team-oriented mindset
