Pain Management / Anesthesiology PhysicianWe are partnering with a respected, patient-focused medical practice to identify a skilled and compassionate Pain Management / Anesthesiology Physician. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based pain care in a collaborative clinical environment focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
Position SummaryThe Pain Management / Anesthesiology Physician is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. This role combines clinical expertise in anesthesiology and interventional pain management with a patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized, multimodal pain management treatment plans
- Perform interventional pain procedures as appropriate (e.g., injections, nerve blocks, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations
- Adhere to all applicable medical, ethical, and safety standards
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology and/or Pain Medicine
- Fellowship training in Pain Management preferred
- Active, unrestricted medical license with the ability to obtain Arizona licensure upon hire
- Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
- $350,000 base salary with lucrative bonus potential
- Potential ownership shares in an Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Participation in ancillary, non–Ambulatory Surgery Center revenue streams

- Must be licensed in Arizona upon hire
- Willingness to travel to and see patients at other clinic locations, including Mesa, Peoria, and Phoenix, as needed
