ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for designing and delivering engaging science instruction that helps students develop skills in scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving. The educator fosters curiosity while supporting diverse learners in meeting academic goals. Specific teaching assignments will be aligned to the strengths, experiences, and certifications of the selected candidate, as well as the instructional needs of the building.
Additionally, you will remain current in your field through ongoing professional growth and collaboration, communicate regularly with parents and staff, and contribute to building- and district-level meetings. Dependable attendance, supervisory responsibilities, and other assigned duties are also key components of this position.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education - Certification:
Holds or is eligible for a Nebraska Teacher’s Certificate - Experience:
Successful completion of student teaching - Competitive pay that reflects both your education and years of experience
