Job Overview
Fairfield University's College of Arts and Sciences is soliciting qualified candidates holding master's or Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields to teach in the Department of Mathematics.
Courses- Precalculus
- Calculus
- Applied Calculus
- Elementary Probability and Statistics
- Statistics
- Multi-variable Calculus (sophomore level)
- Differential Equations (sophomore level)
Classes will preferably be taught during the day and in person, but a few sections are offered in the evenings or online.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver course instruction and meet departmental expectations. Perform such other duties, responsibilities, and activities as required by supervisor and as departmental/University needs indicate.
QualificationsA master's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field is required. Candidates should have a record of effective teaching experience, subject knowledge, and ability to teach at the undergraduate level.
