• Reading and interpreting aerospace blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Applying GD&T knowledge within manufacturing and production workflows
• Assisting with methods of operation and job setup documentation
• Supporting Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and manufacturing processes
• Coordinating machine selection, materials, and outside processing requirements
• Working closely with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Helping ensure jobs are properly prepared before entering the shop floor
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering documentation What makes this role stand out:

Ideal background:

• Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related degree preferred
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
