Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tax Manager, located in Fairfield, CT. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day tax planning, tax compliance, tax preparation, and ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations. The role also involves guiding and mentoring junior staff, maintaining client relationships, and providing high-quality tax consulting services.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day tax planning, tax compliance, and tax preparation, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
• Experience in Tax Preparation and a thorough understanding of Tax Law
• Strong knowledge of Tax regulations and practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
