Treasury Operations Specialist

A $20B Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund based in CT is looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist to join their growing team! This is an opportunity for a junior candidate or a new college graduate to join a prestigious firm and work closely with multiple teams internally.

• Daily responsibilities include trade support, cash management, corporate actions, reconciliation and reporting.
• Confirm post-settlement payments for all instruments, including interest rate, credit and equity swaps.
• Swap affirmation and confirmation.
• Analyze FX exposure and coordinate execution for various entities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of treasury or finance experience preferred.
• Understanding of trading operations and post trade processing.
